If you are married to a Namibian citizen you may make an application for spouse visa. 
A spouse visa is issued only on a temporary basis and carries with it little entitlement other than to stay in Namibia. It is often the case the spouse will need to apply for another type of permit – such as work permit if they wish to undertake any economic activity.
Once a marriage has been in effect 10 years and the spouse has been in Namibia 10 years then citizenship can be applied for.
